Dr. Jeff Brass is a native of San Jose, California. He has enjoyed a lifetime of physical activity, taking full advantage of the opportunity to play year-round sports in the South Bay. Growing up, his favorites were football, baseball, and basketball. He continued his love of basketball in college, playing a season at Notre Dame de Namur University (Belmont, CA). Prior to beginning his chiropractic journey, Dr. Jeff worked as a Health and Wellness coach for the YMCA and later as a personal trainer in Mountain View, California working under a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at San Jose State University, and after 5+ years of working in the health and fitness industry, he chose to attend the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic - West.
While a student at Palmer West, he facilitated technique clubs on campus and was active with the Associated Student Government (ASG). Upon graduation with Magna Cum Laude honors, he was named Salutatorian, received the Class Fellowship Award, and was inducted as a member of the Pi Tau Delta Chiropractic Honors Society.
Dr. Jeff is trained and certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Diversified, Gonstead, and Thompson (drop table) techniques, as well as being board-certified in Physiotherapy. He enjoys educating and guiding patients through exercise and stretching, nutrition, postural correction, work and travel ergonomics. When he is not in the office, you can catch Dr. Jeff playing softball at Twin Creeks, working out at the gym, or spending a little quality time with friends and family.
